I started ProNurse a decade ago to provide health care employees a place to work free from harassment and the toxic work environment in hospitals. Our well-trained registered nurses (RNs) are now free to develop their IV medication administration skills, to learn the idiosyncrasies of each patient’s diagnoses, and to directly see the year over year result of medications on diagnoses. Everything we learn is added back into the training process to give nurses coming into infusion nursing the very best start.
